Monkey D. Dragon is the leader of the Revolutionary Army in One Piece. Dragon was introduced at Logue Town. We don’t know how powerful he was back then, but he still seemed like a powerful person because of his aura.
Later, thanks to Garp, Dragon was properly introduced at Water Seven, and we found out that not only was he Luffy’s father, but he was was also the leader of the biggest and the most heinous organization in the world called the Revolutionary Army. This automatically made Dragon one of the strongest people in the entire world of One Piece.
The Revolutionary Army is in direct opposition to the World Government. This means that they’re enemies that cannot be ignored. Even though there are many who rebel against the Government, the revolutionary army is special. This is because they’re large enough to actually pose a threat.
They’ve already taken over several countries in various blues. The Revolutionary Army is growing stronger day by day, and of course, there is the man who sits atop it all. Monkey D. Dragon. Dragon has become the biggest enemy of the World Government ever since his existence was known. He has only grown into an even bigger threat since then.
Because of all this, Dragon is the World’s most dangerous man, and the most wanted man as well. Being the most wanted, Dragon should have an insanely high bounty. So, how high will Dragon’s bounty really be?
If I had to guess, I think he will either be on par with The Yonkou, or more probably, even higher than them. This is because the 4 Yonko don’t pose as much threat as the Revolutionary Army does.
The Yonko keep each other in check. But, nobody is there to check the Revolutionary Army. Sooner or later, they will attack Mariejois, and there, the biggest battle ever will ensue. So, I think it is pretty clear that Dragon poses the biggest threat of all characters in One Piece, to the World Government.
He will have a bounty that would definitely be above 1.5 billion berries. I think he’ll be closer to 2 Billion berries because of his status and power level as well. The World Government has probably fought him before, and they know that he cannot be ignored, which is why he is the most wanted man in the world.
